What is the best my feed storedoesnt carry anything for goats expect worm medicine n I wanna order the medicine from Jeffers livestock bar vav essential 3+t vision cut covexin 8 c&d antitoxion colstridium perfringens

Do you have any antibiotics on hand? If not, get some biomycin. Do you have hoof trimmers? Get a pair orange handled ones from jeffers if you don't.
You could get a small tube of activated charcoal to have on hand if you want.
Um. ..selenium gel? Probiotics? AD&E gel? Some syringes and needles? A drench gun? A tube of terramycin eye ointment? Some first aid supplies?
Oh, do you have kidding supplies? Iodine, a kid feeding tube?
Lots of things to buy at jeffers, lol.

I have a feeding tube but it's not a kids one I was one my son used when he had a feeding rude will that work

I have some penicillin for our cattle would that work it's durvet I have needle I have the charcoal I have some bounce back n some colostrum in the freezer from a friend I also have some bottle just in case I just need to get the other things

For respiratory problems, penicillin doesn't really work. If you have a decent vet, you can always get it from them. That being said, my goats never get sick during business hours, lol. I don't know about the tube you have, if it's similar to this then sure. http://www.jefferspet.com/products/weak-kid-syringe They also make one that is a little stiffer plastic tube. It's the one I prefer to use.
Needles... are they cattle size or goat size? Lol. The biggest you need for a goat is an 18guage and most of the time I use 20 or 22 guage. You don't have to have all that other stuff, was just giving you ideas. Things to buy as you go along.
