What day are they on? That should be the embryo that you are seeing, depending on how far along they are.

day 24 today i can feel a heart beat or a peck

You won't feel a heart beat. If you are feeling something it's the hatchling inside the egg pecking at the shell then. If this is the case it most likely internally pipped and is working to externally pip to prep to hatch. You should have the egg in lockdown, laid on its side and no more touching or turning until it hatches and s fully dry and fluffy.

if i put it on X side it will not move and if i put it on O side it does not move either
