What should I charge per pound?

I have a freezer full of Cornish rock broilers from this fall and I was asked if I would sell some the other day but I have no idea what I should charge. The easy way would be add up what I have in them but I didn’t really keep track. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Jonathan

I think if you added it up or even made a estimate on the low side, you may find out it is pretty high, I would try to do some homework and see what the market in your area will bear. how they were raised and fed may help you market them. good luck.

3.00-3.50 lb here in PNW. Some get as high as 4.25 lb but this was for last years prices, with the economy being where it is I would say it might be lower to maintain the sales ???
