What should I cross?? My Roo/hens

I am ready to start incubating my own eggs and wondered besides straight across what I should cross and how will I tell what eggs belong to what hens?
My roos are: Rhode Island Red, Black Copper Marans, Black Jersey Giant, Barred Rock, Easter Egger

Hens: Barred Rock, Buff Orpington, Easter Eggers, Silver Laced Wyandotte, Ameraucana

I have 4 runs so they can be split up if needed.
