What should I do about this bald spot?

My rooster is young and needs to work on his technique, but for now half my hens have a bald spot just about their tail. They seemed to to ok otherwise. Now summer is coming and I'm in Florida and they appear to be getting sunburn. Other than saddles, what can I do to help them until they molt? I've thought about applying aloe since I have plenty of the plants but idk if it will work for them too? Does anybody have some advice for me? Yes I have seen wounds from his spurs once but hasn't become a thing the has done againi

I have had to remove one of my roos for this. Then found out it was actually the other hens doing it! So i personally spray the hens with the bald spots with Durvet No Pickn. Then I switched the feed to
Kalmbach Full Plume Feathering Feed and within a month the feathers had grown back.

Hello, and welcome to BYC.
I have had to remove one of my roos for this. Then found out it was actually the other hens doing it! So i personally spray the hens with the bald spots with Durvet No Pickn. Then I switched the feed to

This plus trimming of the rooster's toenails and spurs before reintroduction.
