What should I do for an only chick

My bet is the chick will be fine on her own. I had similar circumstances- a single baby turkey. At first she was really loud, but she is so attached to me now- she follows me everywhere and is really a companion. I don't think she'll be very interested in other turkeys/chickens when she gets coop mates. She is very docile and friendly and even though she is outside now, is super excited to see me. Sits down when I pet her and climbs on me if she's given half the chance. She even 'grooms' my hair!

AC certainly looks to be plotting the demise of her "friends," doesn't she?

I had a RR chick the wife brought from school a few years ago. The other chicks were trying to kill it because it was not as developed as the others. I raised that hen to adulthood with a English Sheep dog. You should have seen those two fight over a milkbone. Even after she started laying eggs I don't think she knew she was a chicken. What a pet she was.
