What should I do? Sick hen

I was given a sick hen. I noticed sneezing at first then eyes and nose drainage. She smells also. She still
Eats and I am worried for my other chickens for she roosted with them for two days before I noticed how bad she was. The discharge is a gelled yellow and she gets crusty around face. I wash her face and clean her eyes. And I have her separated. Most threads are saying put down because she will infect the whole flocks. Has anyone had a hen like this and it gets better. I’m torn for I want to give her a chance

Sounds like you may have already exposed your flock. Can't hurt to keep her quarantined at this point and see how she goes. I have no advice for treatment though, hopefully someone else will.
