What should I do single chick

i got home today and found a day old chick trying to keep up with week old chicks and Mom? Mom is trying to care for but her other chicks are roosting. Should I take it and put it with some month old chicks in the garage or let it be?

I can’t find a empty shell under my other broody hens

Put it so it can see the ones in the garage but keep them separate for now…. if ya don't it will most likely die.
