What should I do

I’ve got really cold hardy breeds and a polish it gets to -15 here and I know it’s still in the 100s but I want to know what to do with her when winter comes
I'd suggest you have a good air tight coop with plenty of bedding and absolutely no draft. If you feel comfortable and you 110% know it's safe to maybe get a heat lamp. I'd also suggest you shovel the snow if there is any so they don't get frost bite. What does their coop look like, and do they have a run or do they free roam?

100 or 120 square foot run and a coop that has gaps in the roof and 4 windows the roof is metal and the coop is plywood
