My hen just hatched a pheasant should I leave it with her or take it out and put in the bator with the oters tat are hatching?

She had just the one pheasant egg under her? I'd leave it with her.

If she hatched it, she'll take care of it as her own chick. Also, the new one has imprinted on the hen.

How many have you got in the incy? If she is a good mum then i would be tempted to put some more out with her.

You need to keep her and the babies in a cage that the babies can't get out of. They are not as 'calm' as chicken chicks are and, if seperated from her, will be lost. Other than that I would leave them with her.
