i got 2 battery hens yesterday and today i let them out in the feild with my other hens just so they could look about, first a hen came over and started beatin gup flora, then flor pecked the head hen so she beat her up after that and then another one beat flora up then a nother one and then one beat ruby up and then another tryed to start a fight with ruby and they were al still wanting to get them, i had to stop it because the other hens were making the new ones combs bleed, not bad just little cuts, because the combs are really big, so they are and easy target, there no were i can put them to seperate them out side, only somewere seprate in the shed they are locked in at the minute

When the pecking order is already established in a flock, the abrupt introduction of an outside hen or hens (or Roos) calls for a re-establishing of the pecking order. New birds should be introduced gradually if possible. If they cannot be separated in another area, but where they can see the other chickens, there will be fighting, bloody fighting.

well i think i will just sit up there and let them fight, aslong as it isnt fight to death or 2 again one

Agree with above post. It is much better to introduce safely, behind a screen or netting, where they can see/hear each other for a week, but not attack one another. But, by just thrusting the new hens into a fixed pecking order, unfortunately, you created this little war. You learn from these things and do better next time.

well im always introducing new hens and some times single hens and they have never been beat up like that and i cant seperate them

Maybe there is a way to improvise a small separate area for a few days using some stuff you have lying around? Just a few feet of garden wire, cheap plastic netting, or a couple of old baby gates across a corner of your pen to make a trianglular area? Or lean up two pallets into a teepee and cover with some chicken wire? Outdoor table draped with netting? Just brainstorming... good luck.
