What should I feed goslings?

Hi everyone!

I haven't gotten my goslings yet and have done lots of research but haven't found much on what to feed them when Young. Can I feed them the same food I'm giving my ducklings (no-medicated duck starter) or do they need something else? Also when grown I will give them layer feed and let them eat all the grass they want is that ok? I'm thinking about getting Toulouse geese or embden geese.

i pick some grass to feed with flock food i give chicks also

Duck pellets are great, and they also enjoy any untreated grass and weeds clipping you can offer. Don't forget the chick grit if you're adding greens to their diet!

IMHO, ducklings and goslings just like chicks should get grit. Goslings should get feed only till about 2 months of age and then as long as they have grit of appropriate size for their age, they can get all the grass they want.
