what should i feed my adult turkeys?

I am thinking of getting some turkeys and i know i should feed my turkey poults gamebird feed. But what should i feed the adult turkeys?

I feed my adults a 20% layer.

Mine get a mix of one half Purina Layena (16% protein) and one half gamebird starter (28%).
