What should I feed pullets and hens?

I have 3 hens in a pen, and I'm adding 3 pullets, that aren't yet laying, and a cockerel. What's the best feed to give? The hens get laying pellets, and the pullets get starter, but I'm thinking of buying finisher now. Can I give all 7 finisher? The hens aren't laying much now anyway from molting, and it's getting cool here, so I know laying will slack up a lot.

You could try a all purpose feed like Flock Raiser and just add oyster shells.

Yes, a quality Grower of around 18% is virtually identical to a Raiser product. Offer a calcium source, on the side. Normally, only the layers mess with it.
