what should i see on an egg when i candle them?

i have some eggs that are three days old i started to get impatient and candeled them. when i did that i saw that one of the eggs had little spots on them were you could see the light through the membrane and the other one had small lines going across are they veins or something else. are these eggs even fertile i am not sure.

At three days there's not much to see. Wait until days 7 and 14 to candle again. Then you should see a dark spot and then a dark spot that's moving a bit. Google candling chicken eggs... there are some great photo references out there for it.
