What should my hen's feet look like?

I feel like my hens feet look odd? Is the coloration normal?

Are they all the same breed?

They look normal to me.

A couple of them are snowy call ducks, the one in the picture and another one of mine are grey call ducks.

I probably wouldn’t worry about it… Have they always been this color or have they paled recently?

The yellow yolk of an egg contains carotenes. These are what make a ducks feet and bill orange. Heavy layers will have the orange fade. Has she been laying a lot of eggs?
