what size fan for incubator...another question for the experts.

Okay so I added my fan with the fan blowing the air up is that right? I want the temp to be 99.5 it jumped to almost 110 so obviously i need to let it restabalize good thing I'm doing this ahead of time. Do I want the fan to be on the whole time I'm incubating if so when do I turn it off...I have an egg turner coming next week around the time the eggs come. Also what should I keep my humidity at.

The temp jump is expected so just get it readjusted to 99.5 The fan should always be on.

Humidity is a hard question to answer. I like to tell people to start at about 35% the first 18 days an 70% the last 3. What actually works best for you may be completely different though.
