What size should I make my popdoor for my chickens?

Hello everyone~ I am going to work on the chicken house this weekend.

And I am wondering how big I need to make the popdoor??

I'm going to be getting Buff O,Speckled Sussex, and Easter Eggers. I know that the buffs are a bit bigger. Just wonder what worked for everyone.

My popdoor was quite small. They could all get in and out with no issues. Even the BO. It was probably 12 inches by 12 inches. Maybe a bit smaller.

I have the same breeds as you, among others. My coop has a 12X14" pop door, haven't seen anybody get stuck yet.
