Oh, and for some reason, mine won't even touch bananas...
Mine love squishing their faces in banana

Mine especially hate carrots and lettuce. They actually glare at me when I offer it up for a treat. On a somewhat related note, any suggestions for healthy treats I can give my ducks? They get all jealous and quacky when I give treats to the chickens, but the ducks don't like anything! I've tried small amounts of cooked pasta, peas, corn, etc.... and they hate it all.

Probably depends on the duck, but mine loves most of what I feed the chicken. She LOVES cucumber, meal worms, and broccoli.

someone asked about treats for ducks.... bread .. tomatoes... worms..chopped boiled eggs..cottage cheese.

Bread is terrible for ducks. It causes indigestion problems.
Otherwise those are great treats!

When I make an apple pie with the grannys I gave the peels and cores to the girls and they just walked by like what do you want us to do with that, and believe it or not I dug up some big juice earth worms and they wouldn't even touch them, is that crazy or what. Now they like grits (cooked) and raw oatmeal, loves any kind of melons and salad stuff oh except honeydew melons. I don't give them any kind of citrus read somewhere it is one of the no,no foods. Oh yeah mine love meal worms.

Here is a good one for you. Remember that fruit cake that you got in the mail that you cant stand(who eats those anyway). Well my hens went nuts over one that I gave them. Finally something to do with those fruit cakes that everyone regifts durring the holidays.

I havent found anything that my girls wont eat. The hard part is training the family about what is not good for them. Only certain things go into the chicken bucket. I am sure they would eat chicken also, but you have to draw the line somewhere.
