What standalone timer to use for an egg turner in a homemade incubator

Right that’s what I thought. I was looking at some other turners just A little while ago and that’s what I seen. I wonder why this Turner is that fast

ther would have to be another component between motor and turner to slow down. Like using a large gear to turn a small gear or vice versa to change the actual rpm

If I just used a dimmer switch for a light that will work just fine and I can set it to whatever speed I want. I think that will work just fine?
