I don't have Netflix. The only service I have is Viki. Actually, I think that some basic television is included with my ISP, but they don't have the one show I was looking for...

Yes and no.
They just make you verify it each time you log in from a different internet provider.
The mini and I have 2 different internet providers. We switch back in forth all the time. I just have to click on a link they email me to verify it is me trying to log in somewhere else each time. No big deal.
