Well, they would be Introverted, to start with the I.
T is for Thinker, so they use logic first. It would have to be Ti, Introverted Thinking, for their first function.

WM stands for "Where's my Muffins?" and the fact they aren't making their own Muffins or serving Muffins to others, but are in fact demanding others provide their Muffins proves they must use Se (Extroverted Sensing) second.

P stands for Perceiver, meaning they allow life to come to them (including Muffins), they go with the flow, and to my Judger senses are altogether too random and unplanned. (I'm so biased)

FR stands for "For Real". They're a very sarcastic ISTP.
