Tough to say without knowing the specs but the first thing I noticed is that someone definitely needs a lesson in cable management.

Picture is useless. How much RAM does it have? What capacity hard drive(s)? Processor speed? How many cores? Video card RAM?

32GB of RAM, 1TB SSD, 2.8 GHz quad core Core i7 930, Radeon RX 570 4GB.

It came with a GTX 460, and 16GB of RAM. There were 2 sticks equalling 8GB that weren't installed yet, and I had a extra two sticks equalling 8GB. Swapped in the RX 570 and it does just fine.
