What sweet things do your chickens do?

Two of my hens will jump on my lap, and then snuggle as close to me as they can without being on top of me, and then lay down and fall asleep.

One of my Barred Rocks has recently picked up some dog characteristics. She follows me around the yard. I go to water the garden, she follows. I go to work the compost pile, she follows. I sit to watch some TV on my patio and she follows me there. It's really cute.

Good idea for a thread! I have a hen that follows me around too.
I love when they do that!!! You feel like their blanket!

I also have a hen that sits on my lap for hours,
(This might not be amazing) but she runs to greet me.

In fact, she gets sad if I do not greet her!!
I have a hen that yells at me when I talk!!

Only when I talk..."CLUCK, CLUCK, CLUCK, CLUCKITY CLUCK!"
Boy, it is cute... But then she makes me hold her and she scratches my arm!!

It sounds like both of you have wonderful chickens!

Mom's here!" and they come flying and clucking to greet me. If anyone else comes to the pen, they're like, "Who's this? Stay away. Stay away." They follow me around inside the pen too.
