What temp for 3 week olds?

What temperature do 3 week olds need in the brooder? I have my air conditioning set to 80 degrees so it's usually between 78-82 in the house at any given point of the day.

80-85 for napping and sleeping. Not the whole brooder, just their warm up spot. They'll spend a lot of time away from the brooder light at this age, but come back to a heat circle to nap.

Ok so by week 4 should I just get rid of the lamp all together as my house is always at least 80? The room they are in actually probably gets up to 85 in the afternoon because they get direct sun.
