So It's really hot here 30°c during day. I usually have the brooder around 35. Do you think it will be warm enough with out a heat source during the day? Its sitting at 30 in the box? If I put a light on, it will be too hot. Ive got 3 eggs hatch day tomorrow.

It's probably warm enough, you'll be able to tell by their behavior. If they huddle together, they're cold. If you do use a heat source, make sure they have a choice to move away from it.

Maybe move the brooder to someplace where the temp is more average, like a sealed garage or unfinished basement. At a day old, the chicks need temps of 35 C. If you had three week old chicks or even newborn ducklings, you wouldn't need a light with your temps.
You could try using a heat blanket and putting it up high to simulate the mother hen without causing the whole box to heat up. There's more details here.

There's no escaping the heat here Haha, i have the light at the end of the box so they can move away. I might use a smaller buld at night. I've not hatched chicks in summer before. I've had problems with humidity/temp too. Out of 12 eggs only 3 made it to lock down. Learning from my mistakes

I think they need artificial warmth when u see they are acting cold ..
They will huddle together or peeping loud ..otherwise for chicks 90F - 98F is ideal ..I live in India I never use heat lamp in my brooder here weather is warm then cold
