What temp is safe?

I have 3 week old baby chicks.

At what outdoor temp would be safe to let them go outside in the sun for a little bit?

It's going up to almost 60 today, but I imagine that's not warm enough.

Yo ucan tell if they are cold out there - they will huddle and it won't take them long to do it either! If they are in the sun they may be ok, though 60 sounds too cool.
