Well we had a few inches of snow but, the humidity is high, so powder has turned into widow maker snow. The plow truck hasn't been around so I cleared off my end of the street. Hope that will keep driver from closing off my driveway. Also getting some blowing and drifting off the roof.

It was nice enough to go out without gloves and shovel doesn't happen often.

I shoveled snow from my driveway just once here in Apple Valley Ca. I also had to knock the snow off all of my cypress trees every couple hours. The weight of all the snow was bending and breaking branches. It took a couple of years for the branches to go back in shape. Cypress tree branches grow straight up and can look terrible when the branches are pulled down. They will stay like that if not corrected right away by ridding them of heavy snow.
