39.7F Thurs. 9:29 am. Supposed to be high 40's to 50F today. Doesn't look like it will get there- very cloudy and damp. Maybe our ice storm is coming a day late

13.3 F Thurs.9:27 pm temps never made it to 40F, what a surprise. Heavy rain, then drizzle throughout day. Weathermen say our temps are headed to Siberia again,mighty winds and negative wind chills. Have had this re-run so often it's boring.
