Did I end up with a bunch of bullies or goofballs. My pullets are 2-3 months and do this every night! They’re finally returning on their own and using the ramp but it’s a 20 minute process of blocking the door and pushing through and out annd going in and back out and I’m honestly afraid someone is going to get hurt. I’ve tried a little food in the coop which id like to avoid doing. Treats?? It’s like they know they’re supposed to go to bed but are too scared of the dark coop.

It does! They are more comfortable with their red lamp on but it’s a heat lamp and it’s getting to be summer. May I need a lamp on a timer for them?
