okay so i set my little giant up a few days ago and let the temp stabilize. had it set perfect. 24 hours ago i set the eggs. 41 of them. got home tonight to find out my incubator was running at 91 degrees. i know it takes a while to stabilize the temp, but within 24 hours it should be there. went ahead and bumped it up. now i'm going to have to keep a very close eye on it and hope i don't fry them. do you think them being in there for 24 hours at 91 degrees would have had a negative effect? it is a still air model but i added a pc fan mounted about 1 inch from the top blowing up in the same location the lg fan is supposed to go. this is my first hatch with this setup. i have two thermometers on opposite ends of the incubator and both was reading perfect until the eggs went in now both low. please let me know what you think.

Were the eggs at room temperature for a couple hours first? If not, the mass of the eggs at a cool temp, may have brought and kept temp down.

agree, not sure about that incubator, but some have wafer thermostats and sometimes if you hit them you can put them off, again not sure of your bator.
