Never have I laid eyes on an egg laid like this....girls are fairly new at laying...guessing this is a first-timer type oddity.....
 
Have you cracked it open yet? I've never seen anything like that but I'm thinking that the egg went bad and kinda "exploded" out in that one spot. What was inside? Did it smell bad?
