What the heck is this?

I noticed one of my chickens has these crusty white deposits that has literally filled her nostrils! I checked all my other birds and, she apparently is the only one with this problem.
Does anyone know what it is, what it's caused from, what the treatment and prognosis is?

Any help would be appreciated!

Ok, if this is canker (and I agree it might be, but I am not a poultry health expert and I am not sure), here is a good thread about it.
