My Welsummer pullet has started doing this really weird thing. She has always been vocal, but now she’s being downright obnoxious She makes this loud, raspy, mad hen sound all the time. she is about 5 months old, so I’m hoping maybe she’s telling Buffy that she’s ready for some fun. Lol
I am trying to attach a video of her doing it, but I can seem to upload a video

Sounds like an alarm call...maybe she sense a predator?
Or she may be getting close to lay?
Knowing more about the rest of your flock and their housing may give some clues.

I have a couple of girls who make that exact same noise while they're waiting for the favorite nest box to be free.

some chickens are just really vocal, i Have some RIR's that do that when they dont like something.

She seems to just walk around and randomly start making this sound. She doesn't usually act alarmed, and the rest of the flock is usually nearby. They free range on our one acre during the day, and are locked snug in their coop at night

my alpha hen did that when she was close to starting laying, then proceeded to challenge the rooster once she laid her first egg that was hilarious, poor guy is so docile and she really laid into him he was dumfounded.
