what the quack?!

I'm sorry I just saw this! How's the duck today? Can you post pics? Also I see my tag for @Miss Lydia didn't work last time so I'll try it again. I personally don't have experience with wry neck but this kinda looks like it, maybe someone will have some more advice! Is the duckling able to eat and drink okay or do you need to help it? Wry neck is a pretty fixable affliction it seems like!

Looks the same as it did 5 days ago except he has gotten bigger. They are sleeping now for the night after I cleaned and fed them so I don't want to turn on the light. I can take new pictures tomorrow after lunch and post though. Still eating and drinking and running around just has a crooked or humped neck.

I just took these pics a few minutes ago.

are you giving any vitamins? maybe something like liquid b complex from durvet? or Vitamin E (I don't have any experience with that but I have seen some people on hear talk about it being good for neck/back stuff) the little guy is real cute! Sounds like a good sign he's behaving normally!

Here's an idea: if you lightly run your finger along its spine (maybe from butt to head) can you feel out where the curve is occurring? That may help narrow down what is going on!

He is on brewers yeast for niacin mixed in with the chick starter. He hatched out with his legs splayed and neck tilt issue. He was last to hatch and I didn't assist. I am not familiar with these other vitamins or how much to give. We are in lock down with a stay at home order but if there is something I can order online let me know. The curve is in his neck.
