What thermometers and hygrometers do you use and trust

So I am preparing for my second round of incubating and all my thermometers and hygrometers are way off. I have calibrated all of them but they are all different in my forced air incubator. Like way different. So I am wondering what thermometers and hygrometers all you Hatcher's out there use and love and trust! If possible also mention where you might be able to purchase. I'm sure there are a ton of us newbies on here that will be looking this up at one time or another!

I haven't had the chance to test my own incubator and hydro-thermometer yet (broody mama piped up first), but if you want a more precise indication of the heat inside your incubator, check up how to make a water wiggler. You leave the probe end of your chosen thermometer (suggested by more experienced folk than me) into the water wiggler and you'll get a better estimate of how warm your eggs are when incubated. A few BYC folk swear by this method, so feel free to check out that aspect if you want to try it in a future hatch. Good luck with your incubation! ^^
