My 12-week old babies stay on their roost in the coop until 9:30 or so in the morning. Is that normal?

I wake my girls up at 7-7:30am every morning. They put themselves to bed at 8:30-8-45pm everynight.

Our ordance says no earlier then 7am for hobby farm noise.

At sunrise mine wanna be out that pop door. If I open it before sunrise, they are all sleepy on their roosts stink eying me for waking them up early.

That seems a little later than what might be typical for the summer. although I doubt there is any reason to worry about it. I suppose they are still getting used to their coop or maybe their coop is in a nice shady spot?

Every chicken I've had jumps down at the first hint of daylight( 4 A.M. is the earliest. Nine AM they MUST be out & free to hunt bugs and greenery.
