what time is to early???

I recently started a job that requires me to be there at 7 am. Now that it is dark later is it ok for me to open the coop up before I go to work, around 6:30? I am worried about it being dark and to early. Thanks for your help!!!

I dout they will come out until lit light out anyway. Free range or do you have a run?

We have a run for them covered with netting. I am a silly chickeneer, I worry about them. I have 4. I am glad that this will not disturb them in the morning.
