A Welsummer hen should lay a dark brown egg but not all do. Since a Welsummer rooster does not lay eggs you cannot tell by looking what dark brown egg genetics he is actually contributing to the mix. It is pretty safe to assume he is contributing some shade of brown, possibly dark but it's not certain it will be that dark.
Brown
Best I can tell this is a cross, not a breed and not stabilized genetically. It is a hybrid. About half the pullets should lay a green egg and half a brown egg.
An EE is not a breed. May or may not be a crossbreed. May or may not be pure for the blue egg gene. Since that EE is laying a blue egg you may get pullets that all lay green eggs or maybe 50% lay green and 50% lay brown.
Since this is a known cross and the hen is laying a green egg you should get 50% green and 50% brown
Similar to the EE, since your OE is laying a green egg you might get all pullets laying green eggs or you may get 50% laying green and 50% laying brown.
