What to do? Advice please

So First chick hatched Friday/Saturday and there are still 4 eggs beneath Gussie. I just pulled them out to have a look and I don't see any sign of pipping. Of course, it doesn't help that I scratched my cornea on Saturday, reacted to the antibiotic drops and now have a patch on my eye and demerol coursing through my blood stream.

Should I just open up the maternity ward door (it is a travel kennel inside the chicken house portion of the coop) so Gussie can get up and leave the eggs herself?

or should I give up on the eggs and remove them?

Or?

you just never know!

If you're able to sit nearby, you may be able to hear the eggs peep, or try candling to see if they move... but even if neither of those things work, I'd give it a day or two more just in case. Sometimes there are early hatchers and late hatchers, just depends on the egg.
