What to do, need help Baby Ducks

My husband who is currently in the military and deployed has a small farm with 10 chickens, 2 turkeys, 3 geese, and 2 ducks. Today my son calls and tell me that our duck just hatched out 11 baby's, i have not idea what to do. so here are a couple of question. What do i need to feed them, right now all the bird are feed all flock and are free ranged? Do i need to separate the mother duck and baby's from everyone else? Right now the geese are protecting the duckling from all the other bird, is this normal and safe? I'm in way over head and my husband doesn't come home for 2 more months, any guidance would be great....thanks

Sounds like you have a very good mama duck and I would let her do her thing. As long as they are getting free range time they should be fine.

Are the geese keeping mama duck away from her babies if so then you need to put mama and babies in a separate area. Geese are wonderful parents but sometime get over zealous when it comes to babies their own and someone elses. All flock is fine as long as crumbles, duckling wouldn't be able to eat pellets.

Cute pic. As Miss Lydia said, as long as the goose isn't interfering with mom everything will be good. Make sure that there is a duckling size waterer too.

Looks like the ducklings have plenty of body guards. so sweet.
