What to do to perk up a chick

Yesterday we recieved our 25 chicks from mcmurray. All 25 arrived alive but one has been acting strange. It sleeps all the time and when it does it lays its legs all the way out like chicks look when they die

. Is there anything I can do for it? Is it worth trying. It seems to be going down hill all of the sudden.

a good tsp of sugar in the water will help too, if the chick isn't drinking, I would use an eyedropper

Thank you, I will try the sugar. Yesterday it had no trouble walking when it wasn't sleeping. Today it just doesn't want to walk...
