What to do with a chicken?

I have a chicken about a 10 months old but she has a deformed wing and a bum leg that she was born with so it will never get better. She is limps and is at the bottom of the pecking order. She docent like to get up on the roost so sleeps on the ground with causes frostbite that the other chickens peck at. I just tried putting blu-kote on her comb and it got in her eye i don't know how to wash it out and it probably already is too late. I do take care of my chickens its just i can't take care of her with the other chickens. She is VERY sweet thou and she is my favorite and her name is Penelope and i think i need to either put her in a different environment by herself for atleast the winter or put her down . I don't know what to do? Help please! But i feel bad because my parents have already done so much for the chickens i dont want them to have to do more becuase they are my chickens that i dont know what to do with Penelope

How old are you? Have you thought about putting Penelope in a wire crate with her own food and water inside the coop with the other chickens? That way she wouldn't get pecked on, but she would stay part of the flock. There might be a friend of yours that might want to have her as a pet, especially if you show them how to take care of her. She would need to be kept in a crate or pen so that other animals wouldn't get to her.
