What to do with babies in hen house

My silkie is sitting on a clutch of eggs that should hatch out over the weekend. What are the other hens going to do. I am afraid that the other hens are going to hurt the babies...Should I take her babies away from her?

No, no no! Please don't take them away from her! There is nothing more special than a mama hen with her chicks. Just get a large crate, or section off an area of the coop for her and her babies.
