What to do with chicken and ducks when I go to vacation

I got 11 chickens and 6 ducks how do I managed them when I’m away? They are one month old

You will probably need to find a "farm-sitter". They cant manage on there own in case something happens and they don't have feed or water. Or a predator gets in.

No sorry it just depends on what each individual person charges.
