What to do with Fighting Roosters

I have two roosters in my flock they have lived together for a few years now but all of a sudden the younger one is attacking the older one all the time to the point that the old guy is hiding out in laying boxes he has already accepted that he's not top bird any longer but that young one is just bullying him. I don't know what to do next please help.

Separate them.

Separate them on a permanent basis.

Also decide which rooster is important for your breeding plans. Keep him and get rid of the other, if you need both then you might need to keep them seperate permanently.
