It is day 21 of incubation and 1 out of 4 chicks fully hatched this afternoon. The chick is completely dry now and I was wondering if I should still keep it in the incubator overnight. The other 4 eggs still show no signs of pipping and this is the only chick that hatched. Should I put it in a broader by itself or keep it in there to encourage the others??

Leave the chick for encouragement. When the next chick pips, & or starts hatching still leave the next hatched one with the first one, once you have 2 hatched chicks, & a 3rd pipper, remove the first 2 peeps.
