What to do with this chick!

I had 27 eggs in an incubator my friend lent me. The last of the 18 chicks to hatched seems in distress! It can't seem to stand up or even just stay on it's belly! It keeps falling back and goes from sleeping this way to being agitated when awake... What should I do about it? This chick hatched about 5-6 hours ago. Thanks for the help!

Well, I was thinking it might be splayed legs... So tiny! I will try taping it's little legs... It doesn't cost anything to try! My daughters will be heart broken if this chick dies!
