What to do with three eggs?

Broody hatched 6 eggs late Saturday with the last one on Monday. There are still 3 eggs sitting there. She's getting up off of them to care for the chicks. I never candled because she was too mean for me to try. This morning she was not sitting on them, just had the chicks under her. Should I assume they are not viable and remove them - when?

You can also candle the three remaining and if they are still alive you can try to incubate them inside. Sometimes chicks just decide to take their time with growing up to hatch.
