I know several of you have had discussions about what to do with your extras when you don't sell them.My son is a volunteer fireman at 16 years old and we always give some extras to the guys at the station.They are always appreciative and as you know they have to cook for themselves while on duty.They also have to supply their own food so giving some to the brave men and women of youir local fire department will be doing a good deed and helping to dispose of your extra egg's.
